Spa Etiquette

In an effort to enhance our offerings at Salus Per Aquam Spa, we present you with our spa policies:

Cancellation Policy

Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require to hold a credit card to guarantee your reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking.

We cannot receive text or email cancellations, please call 862-244-9900 to make changes to your appointment.

Reservations

Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your preferences. Our
knowledgeable Spa Coordinators are delighted to guide you to the spa experience that best
suits your needs. First-time bookings will be secured with a major credit card. To ensure your preferred time and services are available, advance booking is advised.

Arrival

All our services are designed to help you relax and ease the tension of the day. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa experience. This will allow ample time to check in and relax in our private lounge area and enjoy our amenities of the day.

Age Requirement

Facial services are available for guests 16 years and older. All other facilities and services are
offered to our guests 18 years and older. Exclusive spa experiences available for teens ages 12 to 15 with an accompanying adult.

Attire

A robe, slippers, towels, and day locker will be provided for you upon arrival to the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort.

Payments and Service Charges

We accept all major credit cards and Salus Per Aquam gift cards. A tip or gratuity may be left at the guest’s discretion. For your convenience, gratuities can be charged to your bill.

Package Policy

Once you have purchased a package you must use the sessions within 60 days. Packages are
nonrefundable.

Spa Products Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase had been made within the last 7 days.
